Cancellation & Refund.

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms:

1. Standard Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur 50% charge

2. Same-Day Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup are non-refundable

3. No-Show Policy

• If the passenger does not show up within 15–30 minutes of scheduled time:
  • The booking will be marked as a no-show
  • Full fare will be charged

4. Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Driver Wait Time

• Complimentary wait time:
  • Airport pickups: 30–60 minutes
  • Other pickups: 10–15 minutes
• Additional wait time may be charged

6. Rescheduling

• Changes allowed up to 12–24 hours before pickup, subject to availability
